How can regeneration help your business?

Businesses are being invited to learn more about the Aylesbury regeneration – and the opportunities arising from it – at a special Meet the Buyer event in July.

Date published: 24 Jun 2015

Guests will be given a presentation explaining the planned regeneration and an outline of the types of opportunities that will be available during the project.

The event, for Southwark-based businesses, is at Inspire at the Crypt, St Peter’s Church, Liverpool Grove, SE17 2HH from 9-11am on Wednesday, July 8.

There will be a chance to meet representatives of Notting Hill Housing and Southwark Council, as well as time to network with other Southwark organisations over coffee and pastries.

Meghan Doyle, Head of Community Investment for the project, said: ““We’re really looking forward to getting local businesses together to talk about what the regeneration can offer them.

“The project will run until 2032 and will open up a wealth of opportunities for local businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurs throughout its lifetime. This Meet the Buyer Event is just the first of many events that we’ll hold to engage with local businesses and make sure that the regeneration gives them the chance to flourish.”

If you are a Southwark-based business and would like to confirm your attendance at the event, run in conjunction with Southwark Council and the South London Procurement Network, please RSVP to mdoyle@nhg.org.uk by Friday 3 July.
