We are committed to providing over 1,400 job, apprenticeship and training opportunities to Southwark residents throughout the lifetime of the regeneration.

We can also help you to get into high quality, sustainable work across all sectors and levels. Our support helps you to progress in your career and assist with your training needs. We are committed to supporting residents to secure and sustain high quality jobs to be proud of, with good pay and opportunities for progression.

Since 2015 we have worked hard to ensure that local residents gain the benefits of the regeneration

We have supported 145 residents into jobs where they have stayed for at least six months

56 residents have been employed as apprentices through our supply chain

We have provided access to 222 training places to support residents to progress in their careers

We have awarded 524 bursaries to enable residents to gain employment or attend training courses
