Our resident involvement programme is your opportunity to have your say in the regeneration programme, influence the development and design of your neighbourhood and gain some valuable skills.

Our programme varies depending on the wider project but examples include:

• Resident feedback groups – group for local residents to help ensure construction sites are managed in a way that minimises disruption and benefits the community
• Planning consultation – opportunities to feed into planning applications and future development
• Visits to other developments – an opportunity for residents to view other developments to give an early idea about what new homes will look like
• Focus groups – small workshops to provide feedback on a particular issue, for example neighbourhood management
• Community projects – opportunity to meet with your neighbours over a shared interest, for example a healthy cookery course
