If you are a Southwark Council tenant living on the Aylesbury Estate, your Southwark Council housing officer will keep you informed about opportunities to move to new social rent homes being built through the Aylesbury regeneration.
Southwark Council have made a commitment that all Aylesbury tenants will have the opportunity to move to new social rent homes built through the regeneration. This also applies to tenants who moved away from the Aylesbury Estate due to the regeneration and have the option to return.
