25% of affordable homes built in the regeneration area will be available to buy through the Shared Ownership scheme.
With Shared Ownership, you buy a percentage of the property and pay rent on the remainder. Buying a percentage means you will need a smaller deposit and have a smaller mortgage, so it is more affordable. You can find out more about Shared Ownership with Notting Hill Genesis here.
Shared Ownership homes will be available to buy at a later stage in the regeneration. Keep an eye on the website to find out when you will be able to register your interest in buying a Shared Ownership home.
