Notting Hill Genesis is a housing association and registered provider of social housing. We work in the community, providing homes for around 170,000 people across London.
We were chosen as Southwark Council's development partner for the Aylesbury regeneration in early 2014. Together, we are committed to the Aylesbury regeneration and to a shared vision that will see the area become a vibrant part of the Walworth neighbourhood.
The Notting Hill Genesis team working on the Aylesbury regeneration manage the design and construction of the new buildings and surrounding public space. We'll be the landlord for tenants and leaseholders moving into most of the new homes we build. Throughout the lifetime of the project we’ll be working with local partners to create job and training opportunities and offer new ways for residents to get involved in the regeneration.
