Plot 18 - Construction Site
Plot 18 will be a new hub for the community at the heart of the neighbourhood. The site sits in-between Thurlow Street, Inville Road and Dawes Street.
Once completed, Plot 18 will contain 122 new homes, a library, a GP surgery and health centre, community and retail facilities and a public square. Construction work began in January 2020 and is being carried out by Vistry Partnerships.
23 of the homes will be social rent homes for Aylesbury Estate residents over the age of 55.
99 of the homes will be available to rent through Folio London. More details will be available soon.
