Join us for a 'Cuppa and a chat' picnic!
We've been running 'Cuppa and a chat' online for several months now and we're now pleased to invite you to a picnic in August so we can meet up in person.
We started ‘Cuppa and a chat’ so that we could provide a friendly environment to meet up with friends and neighbours while we were in lockdown. Although we know that many of you will still be exercising caution as your world opens up again, we know that this may also be coupled with a desire to reconnect face to face. We feel the same, and so have created an opportunity to come together and enjoy some food, company and music.
The picnic will take place on Friday 6 August. It will start at 11.30am and run until 1.30pm in Burgess Park.
Registration for this gathering is essential as we are limiting the numbers to 25 residents. In the interests of your safety and wellbeing Notting Hill Genesis and Vistry Partnerships staff will be adhering to social distancing guidelines and arranging the space according to the two metre guide. Some of you may wish to wear masks. Please do what makes you feel most comfortable. We will provide some picnic blankets and chairs for those who need them.
To join, please email aylesbury@nhg.org.uk or call Rosalyn Springer on 07920 466133 by Friday 30 July. Please provide your name, the names and ages of any children attending with you, and any dietary requirements.
We look forward to seeing you!
