Coronavirus update from the Notting Hill Genesis Aylesbury team
Information about how we are responding to the coronavirus pandemic will be updated here.
Notting Hill Genesis Aylesbury office
Our Notting Hill Genesis office in the Taplow Block on Thurlow Street is closed until further notice. This means that you will not be able to see us in person. However we are all still working and reachable. We encourage you to contact us by phone or by email using the contact details on this page. While we may not be able to provide all our usual services, we will help where we can.
Aylesbury regeneration sites
As you may know, works on our construction sites were voluntarily suspended by our contractors in March. This was due to government guidance on social distancing and use of public transport. However all Aylesbury regeneration sites are now open. The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government has asked construction to continue if it is possible to do so safely. The need for new homes is as acute as ever so it is important to continue this vital work wherever it is possible to do so.
All contractors on Aylesbury regeneration sites have introduced measures to ensure that activities on site are being carried out in accordance with government guidelines. Guidance from the Health and Safety Executive and the Construction Leadership Council is being followed. Workers travelling to site are avoiding public transport wherever possible.
Health and safety is of the highest priority. Arrangements are being kept under constant review to ensure the safety of site staff and the wider community.
