Cook great meals on a budget
Learn how to cook delicious and healthy meals on a budget for you and your family at a free two-day course next month.
How to be a Smart Food Shopper is designed to help people rustle up tasty dishes regardless of their cooking experience or income.
As well as gaining practical hands-on experience in preparing the meals, you also get to eat them afterwards!
You will learn how to make healthy, culturally-specific dishes, understand how supermarket deals work and how to save money on your food shopping.
The course runs from 10.30am to 1.30pm on Saturday 12 November and Saturday 19 November at Pembroke House, 80 Tatum St, London, SE17 1QR.
Booking is essential, so if you want to take part please contact Lorraine Gilbert on 020 3815 0144 or Becky Williams on 020 3815 2164.
